What Sets Our Installation Apart?
We go beyond basic setup. Our professionals utilize specialized sensing hardware to ensure accuracy that standard conductive wires cannot match.
1. Precision Level Monitoring with Magnetic Float Switches Instead of using exposed wires that can corrode or cause electrolysis in your tank water, our experts install high-durability Magnetic Float Switches.
How it works: We install five distinct float switches at key depths: Empty, Low (25%), Half (50%), 75%, and Full.
The Benefit: These switches are physically sealed and safe, ensuring zero electric current leakage into your water. They provide precise mechanical feedback to the transmitter, eliminating false readings caused by humidity or water splashing.
2. Motor Protection with Magnetic Flow Switches To protect your pump from burning out, we install a dedicated Magnetic Flow Switch on your water input pipe.
How it works: This switch physically detects the movement of water. When your pump starts, the system checks this switch; if water isn't flowing (due to an empty government supply or borewell), the "Dry Run Logic" activates instantly.
The Benefit: It triggers an immediate system shutdown to prevent overheating, followed by intelligent "Retry Logic" to check for water availability later.
3. Health Safety with Turbidity Sensors (Premium Add-on) For health-conscious households, our technicians can integrate a Turbidity Sensor directly into your flow line.
How it works: This high-tech sensor continuously "watches" the clarity of the water being pumped.
The Benefit: If the water supply turns muddy or dirty (common during rainy seasons or maintenance works), the sensor detects the drop in water quality and shuts off the pump within seconds. This ensures that only clean water enters your storage tank, keeping your family safe from dirty government supply.
Our Service Protocol
Site Survey: We assess the signal strength between your tank and pump to ensure robust connectivity within the 300m–10km wireless range.
Custom Configuration: We program the receiver with your preferred settings, including Pump Schedules (up to 3 daily), Run Time limits, and Priming delays.
Demonstration: Our team provides a full walkthrough of the OLED display features, explaining how to read tank levels, interpret buzzer alerts, and use the manual override buttons.
