Overview Transform your standard water motor into an intelligent machine. The SurSajni Wireless MonoBloc Pump Controller automates your water filling process, ensuring your tank is always full without manual intervention. It is specifically optimized for domestic mono-block pumps up to 2HP.

The Transmitter Unit (Tank Side)

• Intelligent Communication: Sends a "heartbeat" ping every 60 minutes to ensure the controller knows the tank is connected. If the signal is lost, the system alerts you.

• Flow Detection: Includes a dedicated sensor to detect water flow, enabling the receiver to make smart decisions about pump operation.

• Robust Build: Designed to withstand outdoor elements with a transmission time of just 5-8 seconds to conserve power.

The Receiver Unit (MonoBloc Controller Features)

• Three Operational Modes:

  1. Auto Mode: Automatically starts the pump when the tank is empty and stops it fraction-of-a-seconds after it hits full.

  2. Manual Mode: Gives you control to start/stop the pump via push buttons.

  3. Schedule Mode: Set up to 3 specific times of day (HH:MM:SS) for the pump to run automatically, perfect for areas with fixed water supply timings.

• Dry Run Protection: If the motor starts but water flow is not detected within a set time (adjustable 1-10 mins), the controller shuts down the pump to prevent burning due to overheating.

• Priming Logic: When the tank goes empty, the system triggers a priming relay for a customizable duration (100-2000ms) before full start, ensuring smooth motor operation.

• Retry Logic: If a dry run occurs, the system can automatically retry starting the pump after a set interval, ensuring your tank fills if the water supply resumes.
